Shipping Options
At Lilibetta, we do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below is all the important information regarding our shipping process.
Order Preparation
Every order is carefully packed and undergoes quality control before it is dispatched. The preparation time for shipping is up to 2 business days from the moment the order is confirmed (excluding custom-made items, for which the preparation time is specified on the product page).
Shipping Address
Please note that delivery is made to the address entered in the order details. We recommend verifying that the details are accurate and that the phone number is available for coordination with the courier company. If you have chosen a workplace address, please specify it clearly, including the company name and department.
Shipping Delays
Although we do everything to meet deadlines, slight delays may occur due to the courier company, logistical issues, holidays, or exceptionally busy days. In the event of an unusual delay, we will update you on the status of your package.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Order
We are here for any questions. If you received a package from us that does not match your order or if any item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
